University of Dundee Research Study

The aim of this study, which has been developed by the School of Psychology at the University of Dundee, is to help identify key reasons why middle aged men are at risk with depression.

The research hopes to aid health professionals in better diagnosis and understanding of men’s experiences with depression and in doing so help reduce the stigma that surrounds men discussing their concerns over their mental wellbeing.

In order to participate, the study is aimed at men aged 35-58 years old with experience of depressive symptoms and/or who have had a depressive disorder.

The study will take place via this anonymous online questionnaire,  which will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.
