Families Outside Event

Families Outside is a national charity in Scotland that works solely to support the families of people involved in the criminal justice system Drawing on examples across Scotland, and the wider UK, the charity will be hosting an event on 21st November which will identify the support required for young people affected by imprisonment as they transition from early years to childhood. Libraries Week takes place 8-13 October to celebrate our much-loved libraries This year's focus is wellbeing, showcasing how libraries bring communities together, help address loneliness, and provide information and resources to support mental wellbeing. Breathing Space will be at Arran Library on Thursday (11th October) if you fancy a chat and to pick up a copy of our free positivity booklet. Hope to see you there!

NHS Staff take up walking challenge

Staff from NHS Ayrshire and Arran have been taking part in 'Brighter Days' walks in support of Breathing Space's 365 Brighter Days campaign to promote positivity.  A number of walks have taken place around the grounds of Ayrshire Central Hosptial and Ayr Hospital organised by the Health Improvement Team in partnership with Breathing Space. Well done to all involved!      

Staff from NHS Ayrshire and Arran have been taking part in 'Brighter Days' walks in support of Breathing Space's 365 Brighter Days campaign to promote positivity.
