Join us for the launch of 365 Brighter Days

As it's both National Breathing Space Day and Time to Talk Day on 1st February, Breathing Space are hosting a Pop Up Positivity Cafe for coffee, cake, chat and some time out to look after our mental wellbeing. All are welcome as we launch our '365 Brighter Days' campaign to encourage Scots to practise a positive outlook to life for 2018. The initiative is part of a year-long programme of events which will also highlight that phoning Breathing Space is a positive first step for anyone feeling low...

Our new Breathing Space calendar is out now, introducing you to our new campaign for 2018: '365 Brighter Days - practising positivity for better mental health in Scotland'.
