Breathing Space Day is an annual awareness-raising day which takes place on 1st February and encourages Scots to take some ‘time out’ to do something positive for their mental wellbeing.
This year, we will be celebrating 10 years of the Breathing Space phone line helping to keep Scots talking with the theme ‘Stay connected’.
