NHS Living Life is a free phone service, providing support to anyone experiencing low mood, mild/moderate depression and/or anxiety.
Living Life is based on a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach and offers two types of telephone support:
Self-help coaches guide individuals over the phone through self-help workbooks, to help them understand some of the reasons why they are feeling low or anxious.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Therapists support individuals over a series of telephone appointments to identify patterns of thinking and develop new ways of coping.
