National Stress Awareness Day takes place on the first Wednesday in November each year
The mental health charity Mind have developed some resources to help start conversations about stress in the workplace.
It can make a huge difference sharing how you're feeling with friends and colleagues, and may help you get some advice or be able to support other colleagues who need help.
