At this challenging time, being kind to each other, and to ourselves, is more important than ever.
People who are kind and compassionate see clear benefits to their wellbeing and happiness. Kindness has also been shown to reduce stress and improve emotional wellbeing.
Being kind to yourself
Don't forget to be kind to yourself too. Life is difficult for many people right now, so try to celebrate the small things. Don't be too critical about what you can achieve each day or make comparisons with others.
