You’re not alone with your mental health. We’re here to help you.
This is the clear message from NHS 24, Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance service as they launch a new campaign to support mental health and wellbeing for people across Scotland in time for World Mental Health Day on 10 October 2020.
The Together Let’s Care for your Mental Health campaign aims to raise awareness of a range of mental health information and services that support mental health. It’s been developed to support wider partnership working between NHS 24, Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance service as part of a joint response to the Scottish Government Mental Health Strategy 2017-2027.
Under the banner 'Together Let's Care for your Mental Health' the partners are able to signpost to a range of self-help guides and options for further support at www.nhsinform.scot/youmatterwecare.
This campaign page also offers additional information for a range of day to day concerns such as anxiety, depression, young people's mental health needs, alcohol, gambling and drug use.
