    New Breathing Space Bench in Selkirk

    Breathing Space were pleased to be present at the inauguration of our latest bench at the Haining Estate, Selkirk on Wednesday 24 May. The bench is a collaboration between Breathing Space, NHS Borders and members of the After a Suicide Working Group and is located in the peaceful grounds of the estate as a place for rest and reflection.     Free online resources for all

    Everyone in Scotland now has access to free online resources for support with their mental wellbeing. If you struggle with worry and anxiety,  NHS Scotland offer free resources you can use to discover potential patterns in your own life and learn techniques to manage them. NHS inform is home to apps and online courses that address common concerns such as stress, anxiety, and sleep problems.     Leadhills Bench installed

    Breathing Space are pleased to see another bench installed, in partnership with NHS Lanarkshire and Leadhills Family Action Group.
