Men's 10K 2013

Last month over 2,700 men took part in the Men’s Health Forum
Men’s 10K which took place at Bellahouston Park on Father’s Day.
The annual event aims to engage men in Scotland in healthy
physical activity.

Spectators waved their Breathing Space flags for the race and the pre-event ‘Rascal Run’; a kilometre race for children which took place before the main race. Some of ‘Team Breathing Space’ is pictured.

Tony McLaren, Breathing Space National Coordinator said: This is a great event for promoting men’s health. Many of the men here are competing for the first time; they should be really proud of their achievement."
