If you would like to make a complaint about Breathing Space, please complete the NHS 24 feedback form. You can find guidance on how feedback is managed through NHS 24's Patient Feedback Policy - PDF (148 KB). On conclusion of any complaint, an Outcome Report will be submitted to COSCA (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland).
As Breathing Space is a COSCA recognised counselling skills organisation, you also have a right to complain directly to COSCA via the COSCA complaints procedure, following the exhaustion of the NHS 24 Patient Feedback process.
