People contact us about various concerns in their lives, there is no such thing as a typical call. Whatever your reason for phoning, you can be assured that you will feel listened to and respected.


Mental health conditions

One in four people will experience some kind of mental health problem in the course of any given year. The vast majority of people go on to make a full recovery, whilst others learn to manage their health problems and lead full and active lives.

People of all ages and backgrounds contact Breathing Space and our advisors treat each call with patience and respect.

Recognising when we need support can be the first step towards improved mental wellbeing.
