Complaints & compliments

We welcome your feedback and look forward to hearing your thoughts on the Breathing Space phoneline and website through our Feedback page.

If you would like to make a complaint about Breathing Space, please complete the NHS 24 feedback form. You can find guidance on how feedback is managed through NHS 24’s Patient Feedback Policy (156 KB). On conclusion of any complaint, an Outcome Report will be submitted to COSCA (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland).

As Breathing Space is a COSCA recognised counselling skills organisation, you also have a right to complain directly to COSCA via the COSCA complaints procedure, following the exhaustion of the NHS 24 Patient Feedback process.
