National Stress Awareness Day takes place this week (7th November), raising awareness about the importance of effectively managing stress and realising when things get too much.
Whether it is stress at work or stress at home, finding a way to relax which works for you is important for your mental health and wellbeing. For more information and advice on dealing with stress, visit the Steps for Stress website.
