Free online resources for all

Everyone in Scotland now has access to free online resources for support with their mental wellbeing.

If you struggle with worry and anxiety,  NHS Scotland offer free resources you can use to discover potential patterns in your own life and learn techniques to manage them.

NHS inform is home to apps and online courses that address common concerns such as stress, anxiety, and sleep problems. The resources are clinically assured from NHS trusted providers Silvercloud, Daylight and Sleepio and are available at no cost to you.

Anyone who is unsure about which course might suit them best can answer a few questions online to help them choose. They will be directed  to other services if those are more suitable.
